In parts 2 & 3 of this mini-series, I laid out the evidence showing that most of the voices arguing that SARS-CoV-2 was a natural virus that jumped to humans in Wuhan were directly tied to dangerous research in China or to Dr. Fauci, or both. Those who’ve come this far aren’t likely to be shocked to discover that the 13% consensus on the origin aspect of the pandemic isn’t the only fabricated narrative being spun today.

Dr. Fauci has managed to be the crux of almost every issue related to COVID-19, in such an overwhelming manner that his name is as historically tied to the pandemic as Franklin Roosevelt’s is to the Great Depression. The only real difference that I can see is that FDR sometimes got things right - all signs point to Fauci being tied to the origin and wrong on lockdowns, vaccines, censorship, interfering with presidential politics, supporting Gain-of-Function [GOF] research, suppressing early treatments, pushing mandates, lying to Congress, etc.

His most infamous moment is also the perfect microcosm of the arrogance displayed by many public health officials, scientists and politicians:

“…attacks on me…are attacks on science”

As stunned as one might have been upon hearing that claim, Fauci’s argument was just a bluntly-stated attack on “anti-science,” the emerging doctrine that’s being weaponized as a last resort by scientists whose cover-up of GOF research has left them backed into a corner. The danger is compounded by the concurrent collapse of confidence in the Biden administration, which has gone from being Fauci’s protector to joining him in the corner, trapped.

Except…..

They’re still in charge.

I don’t even like writing that - Us vs. Them is the problem, not the solution - but it’s important to understand what Anti-Science is, because it is increasingly becoming a preferred pathway for further restrictions on our freedoms. Here’s a quote from the journalist Dana Milbank:

Dana sounds pretty scared; after all, he’s a Washington Post reporter living in a Trump dystopian nightmare. Except Trump isn’t the President. And this quote isn’t from 2020-it’s from 2021, after a year of the Biden Presidency, during which Americans have been subjected to unprecedented censorship on a massive [& unconstitutional] scale. If it sounds like the authoritarians are upset that they haven’t usurped enough power, while calling their censored opponents ‘authoritarian,’ you’ve heard what I said correctly.

As bizarre as it sounds, this isn’t a partisan issue - this is what happens when any government has been given an inch and taken a mile - & Australia is a prime example of the same phenomenon on the other side of the political spectrum. The one common thread running through all of this is the ‘Science.’

&, the Anti-Science…

Dr. Peter Hotez is one of the foremost experts on pediatric vaccines in the world, based in Houston, Texas, which lies approximately 5 hours south of yours truly. Those who’ve heard his name may recognize him as a vocal science leader against what has been a growing anti-vax movement in the United States for nearly a decade; in particular, Hotez has defended vaccines against charges that some of them cause autism, while raising his own autistic daughter.

A few months ago, Hotez was nominated for a Nobel Prize for the work he and another doctor did that led to the development of a patent-free, low cost SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, which is now being fielded in several countries in Africa:

In fact, for most of his career, his primary focus was increasing awareness and research into neglected tropical diseases - the opposite path of that taken by Dr. Fauci, for instance - a path with no Big Pharma pots of gold waiting at the end. Unfortunately, the rise of the anti-vaccine movement provoked a powerful shift in Hotez’s focus towards "anti-science" in 2018, and ever since Hotez has weaponized this argument to the same end as Fauci; Anti-Science even has its own page on his personal website.

The recent gnashing of teeth regarding Robert Malone & Peter McCullough’s appearances on Joe Rogan’s podcast was a good example of “The Science” attempting to silence any and all opposing viewpoints. One could be forgiven for thinking that someone who was personally familiar with both mRNA technology’s development & the Department of Defense’s research into novel vaccine methods [Malone] might be worthy of a voice in today’s discussion about mRNA vaccine efficacy - but the reality is that there is NO discussion allowed on that topic. Apparently, just thinking about such a discussion is ‘Anti-Science.’ Joe Rogan chose not to get vaccinated against COVID-19 after having people like Peter Hotez and Michael Osterholm on his show:

My frustration in the tweet above stemmed from a complaint about America’s vaccination status from Dr. Hotez. Apparently, there’s no dissension about our vaccination strategy allowed in the public discourse - even though record numbers of Americans have been injured by them. It’s especially obnoxious given that Hotez consistently stated that he felt up to half of Americans would refuse the vaccines:

Respectfully, I disagree.

Despite Hotez’s dire predictions, the vast majority of US adults ultimately went along with the mass vaccination plan, and our reward has been further censorship and gaslighting.

-Anti-Science is Anti-Science-

The use of labels to break things up into categories inevitably leads to mis-categorization and over-simplification of issues that need to be complicated. It’s hard for me to reconcile how anyone could call Joe Rogan uninformed or misinformed when he is one of the few human beings who has discussed COVID-19 and its treatments with multiple doctors & officials, 1-on-1, for hours at a time. Ideally, I’d want everyone to have access to the same quality of expert opinion when looking for answers about this pandemic. Ideally, our doctors & officials would be honest about the situation and provide us with unbiased advice on how to respond to such things.

As my readers have seen, however, most of the dis & mis-information about COVID-19 has come from the very people entrusted by our leaders with providing the public with the truth. I began this miniseries by explaining why redefining the term “unvaccinated” was a wholly political suggestion, how the US intelligence community lied to America about what they knew of the origin of COVID-19, how massive the scale of scientific censorship was from the very beginning of the pandemic, and who the architects of ‘consensuship’ are that have conducted the propaganda campaign. There is little justification for us now to keep trusting ‘the experts’ when they’ve continuously shown that they don’t have our best interest at the forefront of their minds when making decisions. The ‘anti-science’ argument has come to be the last-ditch effort for those who’ve lost the trust of the public, and Peter Hotez is undoubtedly the most consistent preacher of the ideology.

I even added these articles to my next update of my origin reference list, although they are not included in the calculations described in parts II & III.

If you were to type DARPA “DEFUSE” into the search bar instead [or anything related to early treatments for COVID-19, vaccine efficacy, COVID origins, Peter Daszak, etc.], you’d be given a very one-sided set of results. What you WOULDN’T find - even within most of the peer-reviewed articles that have a specific section for them - is much mention about Dr. Hotez’s particular conflict of interest related to COVID-19.

-Conflicts of Interest-

The image above comes from a FOIA collection of NIH correspondence; in this case, the email that this excerpt is taken from was sent in the spring of 2020. Bullets 3-6 list several of the coronavirus vaccine research programs that existed prior to the pandemic that were funded by NIH grants, most of which were directly overseen by - or in partnership with - the NIAID’s Vaccine Research Center [VRC]. For several years, Peter Hotez had been leading one of the numerous teams attempting to produce a safe and effective prototype vaccine for MERS¹ [Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome], a coronavirus disease similar to SARS that has a case fatality rate of 37% [as compared to a 10% CFR for SARS and a >1% CFR for COVID-19].

At first glance, one might say that simply being a part of an existing coronavirus vaccine program isn’t necessarily a conflict of interest - and until recently, I would’ve been inclined to agree. In fact, one of the main reasons my mind has changed is a product of the gaslighting described within this miniseries, because one of the worst transgressions is the way that our public health scientists and officials have handled all aspects of the pandemic response - especially the vaccines.

Dr. Fauci, as head of the National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases [NIAID] for 4 decades, has presided over the world’s most advanced research into infectious diseases & the human body’s immune response to such diseases. The VRC is the primary research hub for vaccine development, and Peter Hotez is among a handful of scientists who have worked on coronavirus vaccines since the first SARS epidemic began in 2002-2003. As I explained in PREEMPTive Spike last September, the VRC was fully aware of the challenges associated with making viable vaccines for coronaviruses, because the high rate of recombination inherent in CoV’s [and other factors] accelerates the natural tendency of viruses to evolve to counter antibody defenses. Ralph Baric, one of the primary collaborators in GOF research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, described the challenges in detail as far back as 2016, including the tendency for SARS-like CoV vaccines to disproportionately negatively affect older mice, and he highlighted the greater potential of monoclonal antibodies until a safe and effective vaccine method could be developed. These difficulties were one of the two primary reasons that DARPA rejected EcoHealth Alliance’s DEFUSE proposal in 2018 [the very proposal that I was given and then leaked via DRASTIC on 9/20/2021].

In short, Fauci & Hotez & many others knew that the mRNA-type vaccines were short-term solutions only, and would’ve been most effective if targeted mostly towards the at-risk people in a population, thus prolonging the potential period of efficacy by reducing the selection pressure on the virus to evolve and escape the vaccine. Instead, they pushed for universal vaccination [which sped up the process of evolution] and called for mandates RIGHT AT the moment when evidence of viral escape was beginning to accelerate.

It’s not a question of whether or not my claim is possible - I’m simply pointing out “The Science” - research that THEY conducted & conclusions THEY reached over the previous ~15 years.

THAT is why the Anti-Science is so offensive to me - and why I gave the concept its own chapter in this miniseries. As Fauci’s 13% consensus collapses in the face of new waves of evidence, Hotez’s Anti-Science has become the final roadblock/gambit to prevent any real scientific oversight of Fauci’s actions as head of the government’s pandemic response.

Only with the proper context can Hotez’s words below be understood for the miscarriage of morality that they seek to defend:

It’s hard for me to believe that Elie Wiesel would support the use of his quote being applied by Hotez in this manner, for this particular situation. The entire medical profession has been strong-armed by government agencies and officials into supporting a pandemic response that has often been antithetical to the concepts of first do no harm and informed consent; the doctors in private practice who’ve stood up and questioned the wisdom of such measures have been attacked as ‘anti-vax,’ conspiracy theorists, or worse. In recent months, many of them have been targeted by state licensing boards, with the intent of blackmailing dissenters into silence under threat of losing their licenses to practice medicine!

For nearly 2,500 years, the practice of medicine in western civilization has been built on the idea that the doctor-patient relationship is sacred, and that a physician’s judgment is superior to any external entity when it comes to decisions regarding treatment. That relationship is now coming under direct assault, and the attackers are the same scientists & officials whose actions may have started the pandemic in the first place.

No offense, but Prometheus² has done nothing to address the fire he may have started except gaslight all of humanity and blame us for sparking the inferno; we should be celebrating the sacrifices of Hippocrates’³ disciples, not sacrificing them.
