On September 20th, 2021, my group DRASTIC released our analysis of the DEFUSE proposal, which showed that EcoHealth Alliance/China/UNC had at least the intention of creating chimaeric coronaviruses which contained furin cleavage sites [FCS], the ability to efficiently infect immune cells via DC-SIGN [a la HIV] and the ability to dysregulate humans’ interferon responses, which can allow a virus to slip past your body’s immune system.

On October 20th, 2022, other scientists found evidence that the structure of the SARS-CoV-2 virus follows a pattern of chimaeric construction never found in nature - and invented by one of the primary investigators of the proposed DEFUSE grant.

In my September 28th post, I introduced you to a scientist named Alex Washburne, whom I’d met last winter and had recently jumped into the origin fight with both feet. He and two other scientists, Valentin Bruttel & Antonius van Dongen, just published a paper describing how they discovered evidence of a reverse genetic engineering technique that was previously thought to leave no trace of manipulation in a virus’s genome [Endonuclease fingerprint indicates a synthetic origin of SARS-CoV-2] - and they found it within the virus that caused the COVID-19 pandemic.
