I have watched some of your videos with James; I have paused and looked up the papers you talked about before watching the next portion, to understand, and took close notes. You've done an amazing amount of in-depth work. I have used your findings with other materials to educate my doctor and people to get them to start waking up. I am fully certain of your commitment. For what it's worth, in addition to a PhD in physical/organic chemistry - with emphasis on computational modelling using quantum mechanical and semi-empirical methods - as well as fully empirical methods such as molecular mechanics - I maintain an active law license in the State of Kansas and the Patent Bar, and have done criminal defense for about 16 years or so. As for COVID, so far as I'm concerned, it was knowingly and intentionally brought in to the US by Fauci, et al, and they had already created a "vaccine" for it - a "vaccine" which, unfortunately, like all other attempts at vaccines for coronavirus, did not work. There's a place where you might make a world of difference immediately with a comrade in the battle for truth about these investigational medical products (Pfizers name in clinical trial).. please check out Mathew's request for FOIA help with DMED fraud his post is linked.
I sent him a note on this sometime back but have not received any response. I assume he's looking for high-profile attorneys in DC or something. The FOIA expert could write the letter, and Crawford could sign off on it, attorneys aren't needed, until the matter hits the courts, but before that happens you need final administrative action - a refusal to supply information on stated grounds which can be challenged in court.
Mathew and I are in close contact; he lives 20 minutes away and this is all we do.
Kansas probably isn't beneficial, but we're pondering which direction to go. I'm working on a different project, and everything is harder without control of Congress.
That problem will fix itself, but until then some avenues have more leverage than others
It doesn't take an attorney to draft a FOIA, but you have to have a good idea - i.e. specify pretty exactly what you're looking for. It's not like a business records subpoena or court-ordered discovery, although it could get to that - say, in the case of a vaccine-injured person or wrongful death lawsuit or a class action along those lines. There are other points of law to consider, such as the actual voluntariness of consent - the threat of a less-than-honorable discharge might negate voluntariness altogether. If you did go into court, you'd probably want someone who had JAG experience and was familiar with the UCMJ, because civilian laws might not apply. For what it's worth, Fort Riley is in Kansas, as is Fort Leavenworth (and the Command and General Staff College, and the US Disciplinary Barracks - I wonder if vaccines were forced there...)

As a criminal defense attorney, I've done my own investigations, drafted discovery motions, subpoenas, and the like, interviewed witnesses. Of the six jury trials I had, I won three of them - after that, the DA's office preferred to deal or dismiss cases, and I've won cases on briefs alone.
In the current matter, it might be a good thing to investigate chain of custody of records as well as regs requiring such, data backups and regs requiring that, and so forth. Most of this falls under "electronic discovery".
Pretty sure he has just been swamped and barely had time to breathe with the DMED and other work. Mathew mentioned it again in a group chat last night so you might just ping him again now that he has FOIA on the front burner.
In my view there's no need for a Beltway lawyer who are mostly top buck dirtbags & lots of info gets released without a court fight. My favorite do it yourself FOIA platform is Muckrock who has a nice collaborative team and crowdsourced archive and once the ball is rolling other FOIA can follow.
