Twitter Chronicles, Vol. II: "Come gather 'round Sheeple, where ever you roam...."

Note: **The Prometheus Hub page/post** compiles most of the research and resources [1,500+] I’ve used/found/analyzed/watched/etc. during [and prior to] my efforts with DRASTIC, so that those who are looking for more about COVID’s origins can find it in one place.
I don’t plan on ever charging a subscription fee for any of the content on my site; everything I keep here is the result of 18 months of research conducted because it needed to be done and very few were doing it. However, this has literally been my full-time job since March 2020, so any ‘subscription’ as a donation will help me continue this work uninterrupted by the real world. Or, if you’re still in the recovery phase of the financial pandemic, spreading the word could be just as helpful to the cause; after all, everyone has suffered from the lack of honest & unbiased information from our leaders that would’ve helped us be clear-eyed about what we were going to face. I have no greater responsibility with this site than to keep it accessible to anyone who deserves the truth - which, of course, is all of us.
In honor of Thanksgiving, I wanted to take another quick break to highlight my sarcastic adventures on social media - which is how I maintain a semblance of sanity while researching COVID’s origins. It’s only fitting that I should do so on Black Friday.
As I pointed out two weeks ago, I've been fairly busy; however, ridiculing the general economic malaise, abdication of scientific ethics and the consistently courageous shifting of blame towards the unvaccinated is too important to let slip.
The most surprising development of 2021 has been that this year has somehow managed to be even more ridiculous than last year; I admit that I couldn’t predict that modern humanity would be speeding towards a brick wall, only to decide to speed up instead of slowing down, put on blindfolds, and cheer as scientists mash the gas pedal.
In the past, history used to repeat itself, and that was bad enough:
Wow, the times really have changed:
My current mood:
[feel free to comment with any other good ideas you might have for hasthtag [#] options.]
At this point, I’d be glad with history repeating, because it almost seems like our leaders are hell-bent on being ‘historic’ - via success or failure. If that means bringing back Nickelback, then so be it. Cheap, overwrought, formulaic stereotypes sounds pretty amazing pretty amazing compared to the dumpster fire that surrounds us, although perhaps I should be less harsh on what may soon be the only way to stay warm this winter, thanks to rising energy prices.
The tide is turning:
Sauron used his ring to control others for his own purposes. I’m not saying that Dr. Fauci is a fallen Maiar from Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, but the fact that it’s an effective analogy kind of speaks for itself:
I never get tired of this one.
And, on the bright side, there’s always new variants to look forward to. The last few days have seen an explosion of discussion about a new variant called ‘Omicron.’ I wondered how long it would take for people to realize that the WHO skipped a letter in the Greek alphabet -
[The focus of my MA studies was Roman history, and thus my familiarity with κοινη Greek comes in handy about once a decade]
because this particular variant should’ve been called ‘Xi.’ I can’t imagine why they’d skip that, but oh well. Just know that if this was any other outbreak from the last 101 years, our media would be calling this the Xi variant of the Wuhan Coronavirus.
Now THAT would be fitting.
