SARS WARS: Saving the Galaxy from the COVID Fallacy

Note: **The Prometheus Hub page/post** compiles most of the research and resources [1,500+] I’ve used/found/analyzed/watched/etc. during [and prior to] my efforts with DRASTIC, so that those who are looking for more about COVID’s origins can find it in one place.

I don’t plan on ever charging a subscription fee for any of the content on my site; everything I keep here is the result of 18 months of research conducted because it needed to be done and very few were doing it. However, this has literally been my full-time job since March 2020, so any ‘subscription’ as a donation will help me continue this work uninterrupted by the real world. Or, if you’re still in the recovery phase of the financial pandemic, spreading the word could be just as helpful to the cause; after all, everyone has suffered from the lack of honest & unbiased information from our leaders that would’ve helped us be clear-eyed about what we were going to face. I have no greater responsibility with this site than to keep it accessible to anyone who deserves the truth - which, of course, is all of us.

I sense a great disturbance in ‘The Science’

I know that a majority of readers are likely to be unfamiliar with many of the targets of my sarcasm within the images that follow, but I wouldn’t get too wrapped around the axles of this particular chariot of satire. One of the mixed blessings of a growing audience is the inevitability of needing to re-cover major portions of the ongoing story, which is enhanced by the fact that new information is also popping up all the time.

Thus, I’ll just go ahead and apologize in advance, because this post will solve neither of those problems. The good news is that, just like with any daytime soap opera, you can jump in at any time and eventually figure out what’s happening - not that I’m speaking from experience, of course.

My next two articles [both of which will be published this week] will help close that knowledge gap & continue fleshing out a narrative about where the COVID-19 origin investigation currently stands, how that fits into the numerous pandemic debates here in the United States, and what the Omicron variant really [likely] means for the future of pandemic politics and the mid-term elections in November.

Whew. Now we can get back to what’s really important - making fun of all of the vapid, stupid, evil and short-sighted crimes of common sense and censorship - using the Star Wars universe as a back-drop. The ‘good guys’ are mostly members of the COVID-origin scientific/research group DRASTIC, and one project that I’m currently working on will introduce each of the non-anonymous members to you - and ‘you’ readers will be the first people on the planet to see that narrative unfold for the full team.

It’s been a personal mission of mine to raise awareness for DRASTIC - and not just because I’m a member of the group. I joined last February, and so I had nothing to do with the discoveries that almost certainly were the primary reason that the US & Europe rejected the findings of the WHO origin investigation trip to Wuhan, immediately after the final reports were published on 30 & 31 March, 2021 [That opinion was one that I’ve heard in person and read in news reports, quoting current and former senior government officials].

I joined very shortly after making the first of several discoveries that ultimately proved that Dr. Fauci was directly involved in the implementation of censorship regarding scientific research into the origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes COVID-19. In the second half of 2021, I became the bus driver for DRASTIC’s outreach here in the US, mostly because I am fully convinced that American leadership on this issue [Congressional, of course, since the current administration is actively supporting efforts to prevent further disclosures on the topic] is essential for ultimately holding any and all culpable parties responsible for the millions of deaths as a result of the pandemic.

**If I resemble a resurrected corpse in the video, just know that I’ve been transitioning back to normal human operating hours during the holidays; for the previous two years, I’ve mostly worked on my research during the middle of the night, because my toddler & teens aren’t good battle buddies in the trenches of reading thousands of articles & research papers on COVID’s origins & then writing about them. Our Christmas road-trip to see the in-laws became the impetus for a shift back into the non-vampire/sunlight hours, and en route back to Texas from Virginia we stopped in Pittsburgh so that I could actually meet another member of DRASTIC in person for the first time - a first for the Western Hemisphere.**

I’m re-adjusting [slowly, lol]. JJ & I are also the only members of DRASTIC who are working full time & exclusively on this investigation, and he’s also the only member who has lost his job because of his activities; he had been a lecturer & researcher for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the field of nuerobiology.*

*His previous affiliations include Carnegie-Mellon University and positions throughout Europe. He has extensive experience with mouse models used for brain research, although immunology & mRNA science is his primary focus at the moment.

SARS WARS: A Space Opera Metaphor for the Stupid BS here on Earth

In the spirit of full disclosure, the following series of images wasn’t made to impart valuable info or thread together a coherent or functional narrative. I spend so much time working in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Twitter every day that this “art” has become the closest equivalent to leisure activity that doesn’t involve toddlers et al. Therefore, any semblance of quality sarcasm or applicable metaphors for actual elements of the origin investigation is secondary to the goal of brutally attacking the idiocy/evil intentions of those targeted. Rest assured that my depiction of Dr. Ralph Baric as Darth Maul below [for example], a satanic-looking/horned Sith Lord/mass murderer, is both a technical achievement [all done with cut/paste/editing in PowerPoint, lol] for me & a suitable analogy for the current sum of my findings about his activities in coronavirus research:

If I had the funds and the desire to place wagers, I’d bet that ~90%+ of my readers would have no qualms with Anthony Fauci being depicted as Darth Mischievous [or He Who Shall Not Be Blamed, for those seeking to avoid social media censorship]. If there are any holdouts among ye, my guess is a number of forthcoming revelations will ease your transition to the Rebel cause.

Bantam Menace?

Yes, the first variant in our saga [α] follows the anonymous rabble-rousing monkey named Billy Bostickson, who was one of the first & original members of DRASTIC, and whom advocated for the acronym itself. He took on the role of unofficial ‘cat herder’ early on, and ‘bantam’ perfectly describes his personality, as Webster defines bantam as

“A person of diminutive stature and often combative disposition.”

Billy certainly qualifies as a strong researcher of open-source intelligence [OSINT], and also excels at being a pain in the monkey-butt sometimes, which is why most of DRASTIC’s public-facing scientists & researchers [myself included] have split off into a separate branch called DRASTIC Science [the largely anonymous half continues to operate at our first website, DRASTIC Research]. Nevertheless, our work remains the same, and the level of collaboration amongst the members has remained fairly constant.

At the end of the day, Billy’s droid designation BB-H8 [pronounced ‘hate’] is a good fit, and he remains our pain-in-the-monkey-butt fighting for justice just like the rest of us. In The Bantam Menace, his skill in poo-flinging is perfect for the fight against Darth Faul & Darth PayDirt [Peter Daszak], whom doggedly persist in pretending that their Coronavirus Death Star is nothing but a ‘natural’ moon - conveniently ignoring the fact that the ‘moon’ magically traveled from elsewhere and entered the orbit of the planet Endor, home to the only Rebel base in the quadrant.

Now that’s a fitting metaphor.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the Fallacy, most of the pre-split DRASTIC ensemble cast has assembled to confront a resurgent Darth Mischievous and his Empire. Purists might note that these events actually occurred before those of The Bantam Menace, but in the actual series The Phantom Menace was episode 1 and took place before anyone in SARS WARS’ DRASTIC was born. Remember, this is really just an excuse to make fun of scientists who are collectively about to fall from grace faster than Icarus or Chris Cuomo, so it’ll be okay.

*Amongst the 13 DRASTIC members pictured, 11 hold 1 or more graduate degrees and 7 hold 1 or more doctorates [Billy wasn’t included in that count, because for all we know he could actually be a monkey, like Caesar in Planet of the Apes. The other 2 are college graduates, but as anonymous members whose situations and locations might make them especially vulnerable, the historian side of me prefers to avoid claims I can’t prove.

It is this collection of geneticists, microbiologists, data analysts, engineers, MBA’s, a WMD guru/historian [yours truly], a smiley face, a “Seeker” & a monkey, that the CCP refers to as ‘amateur internet sleuths.’ Given that DRASTIC has another ~7 PhD’s amongst the remaining ~12-15 members, and that our group has broader expertise than any single lab of virologists/microbiologists, I have no doubts about the quality of our efforts, and I assume that the CCP doesn’t either.

***1 last note I should probably mention is that the ghost of Yoda above is inhabited by Luigi Warren, who made some of the relevant breakthroughs for the mRNA vaccines while working in Boston under Derrick Rossi, lead scientist at Moderna.

Variant [μ] - The Vampire’s Spike Vax

He Who Shall Not be Blamed seems to really, really hate Endor, but honestly I’d much prefer him killing Ewoks to what Fauci is actually doing, which is obsessively pushing vaccines which are actively losing efficacy against currently-circulating COVID-19 variants. I should note that not only does Fauci understand that this process is happening, he has known it would happen for many years, as I pointed out in early October.

Sadly, the Ewoks don’t make an appearance today, but I do want to highlight that for “The Vampire’s Spike Vax” I actually made two separate movie posters, because I wanted to pay my respects to several other key COVID-origin investigators who aren’t part of our group, but have each made substantial contributions to the cause.

Professor Richard Ebright of Rutgers, a long-standing critic of GOF research

Sharri Markson, an Australian Sky News TV reporter who was among the first to report on the mysteries surrounding the origins of the virus. Her recent expose/documentary is now the most-viewed video in Sky News’ YouTube history [followed by an earlier documentary on the same topic]. She’s also been a long-time supporter of and advocate for DRASTIC’s efforts and accomplishments.

Dr. Steven Quay, a highly accomplished physician, inventor, and biotech CEO that has testified extensively in congressional hearings on the evidentiary support for a lab-leak origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Alina Chan, a post-doctoral researcher at the joint MIT-Harvard Broad Institute who has contributed key findings and served as a frequent media contact for expert analysis on origin-related topics.

Professor Jesse Bloom, head of a lab at the Fred Hutchinson institute in Seattle, whose expertise in viral evolution aided in his discovery and forensic analysis of several deleted viral genome sequences from the early portion of the outbreak in Wuhan. He showed that the timing and location of the samples, and the patterns of mutations within the genomes, go against the scenario portrayed by China that centers directly on the area around the Huanan Seafood Market as the heart of the outbreak in Wuhan. The discovery of their deletion shows that China deleted evidence that directly refuted the information China reported in the WHO organization regarding the distribution of the earliest cases in Wuhan, despite their obvious value.

It might seem a little strange to have added such tidbits to a blog post specifically written as humor, and I’m fairly confident that none of the 2nd set of allied investigators is going to cite this poster as a defining piece of recognition in their careers.

However, any of them that did read this would understand of all the subtle and obvious humor, because all of them have been fighting the same censorship, pushing back against the same narratives, and performing the due diligence that ALL scientists & journalists have a responsibility to perform, yet largely abdicated during the pandemic.

In other words, they’ve shown the type of courage and leadership that I’ve advocated for since my 1st 'official' article about the pandemic [4/12/20] - the type that causes someone to stand up and do whatever needs to be done simply because it’s the right thing to do. It’s easy to be cynical, because there’s plenty of opportunity for someone to profit handsomely by being actively and visibly engaged in researching something of this magnitude, when the answers to still-open questions can have profound impacts on current global affairs.

However, cynicism needs to be a relative term at this present moment, because there are only two choices before us:

1. SARS-CoV-2 came from nature and Chinese research played no part in its emergence - but China’s automatic cover-up response and delayed reactions ensured that the outbreak would become endemic.

2. SARS-CoV-2 came from a lab; and in the BEST case scenario, China made the same decisions from #1 with MORE initial information.

I didn’t even mention intent, because China’s culpability was a pre-existing condition even before a lab leak was discussed as a possibility. Given the current situation, justice for 5 million dead victims makes it easy for me to fall asleep at night, since that far outweighs all other considerations - including worrying about the motivations of anyone who’s actually fighting in the trenches already.

I didn’t expect there to be a moral to this story when I started writing it, but one takeaway is that there are plenty of good reasons for us to be optimistic. It’s easier for me to say that - despite the intransigence of half of Congress and the outright activism against freedom currently being driven by the White House - because I have the benefit of knowing just how much progress has already been made in the last year. I also have the benefit of knowing things that haven’t yet been publicly released, as was the case with the PREEMPT proposal from DARPA, when I was the person the documents were given to by a courageous whistleblower, and then published them via DRASTIC.

I’ve always believed that actions speak louder than words, and I’m willing to use all of the tools in my arsenal to fight the dark side of the Force. If that means making a meme of Ralph Baric as Darth Maul - and it helps raise awareness about who he is - then my response to that is
